Connect Assist is a secure and confidential online telehealth health platform.
Your choice of professional practitioner to connect with on a session basis on a real time communication type of your choice (video, voice, live chat) using your choice of device.

We have an extensive, nationwide network of registered practitioner. All Connect Assist therapists have been hand selected, interviewed and trained to use our system. We do not use interns or therapists who are not fully licensed and still under supervision. Our therapists hold registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), The Australian Association of Social Worker (AASW), the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Connect Assist therapists have additional training in specific approaches to therapy which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and more. In addition, we have a Board of Advisors who include prominent professionals that are experts in the healthcare space and help ensure that our service is effective and current.

Connect Assist is a quick and convenient way to connect with a professional online and in the comfort of your own home. Our practitioners deal with areas such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Prenatal and Postnatal Depression, Relationships, Drugs and Alcohol, Bullying, Self-image and Eating Disorders, Learning Disabilities, LGBTIQ, Parenting, and Violence and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Our team can additionally be here to help you support your wellbeing goals from motivation and procrastination, to self-confidence and esteem, to emotional eating.

Anyone who is self managed and plan managed clients under NDIS and HCP funding. 

We believe that data security is critical when using the Internet. In order to make it safe and secure for you to use Connect Assist, the Connect Assist online health platform uses the following data security features:

  • End-to-end encrypted video link
  • Data security and encryption
  • 256-bit data encryption
  • Data stored in Australia (not offshore)
  • Multi-factor authentication to ensure that only you can access your data
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.

Booking is a simple process. Either talk directly to your case manager or NDIS provider or if self-managed, please email connect@connectasisstservices.com.au

We aim to ensure the highest quality of therapeutic services. However, we are not perfect! If you are unhappy with the quality of your service, please contact connect@connectassistservices.com.au 

and one of our CMM team will be in contact to help you out.

We accept all credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Our payment management organisation is handled by Stripe; who make sure your information is safe, secure and private.

Sessions which need to be rescheduled require a 24-hour notice.
